A Delhi District Court ruled in favour of Bengaluru based event management and brand consultancy Aikya Global after Swedish furniturmmaker Ikea sought to prohibit the company from conducting business under a phonetically similar name.
This was among the legal actions the Swedish Multinationalhad taken against more than two dozen small businesses across India.
